3.1 Age Limit
m999 strictly refuses to provide services to anyone under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about your age is an offence that can result in account cancellation, and in such cases the account balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Verification Process
In certain circumstances or at the time of withdrawal, m999 may request documents to verify your age. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until the submitted documents have been verified.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at m999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank).
- Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
- If a deposited amount does not appear in your account within the expected time, contact support immediately.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met cannot be withdrawn.
- For unusual withdrawals, m999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a withdrawal may be put on hold.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on m999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically and no disputes regarding this conversion will be accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at m999 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
Wagering requirement: you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each member may use each promotion once.
- Bonuses may not be shared with friends or family.
- A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds — this will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
- Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, m999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
5.3 VIP Program
The m999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Moving up to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and engagement. VIP benefits are subject to change at any time.
Gaming Policy
6.1 Fair Gaming
All games on m999 are operated using certified software. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that game outcomes are completely random and not predetermined. m999 conducts regular internal audits to ensure fair play.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is affected by a software error, disconnection or technical problem, that round may be deemed void. In such cases, the amount wagered will be returned to the user's account. Winnings arising from an obvious technical error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Betting Restrictions
Minimum and maximum bet limits may be set for certain games — these will be displayed in each game's interface. Additional restrictions may apply to some games when bonus funds are active.

- Irregularities in financial transactions.
- An order from a court or regulatory authority.
9.2 Closure by the User

Limitation of Liability
10.1 Nature of the Service

10.2 Liability for Financial Loss
