m999 Responsible Gaming —
Your protection is our priority
m999 believes gaming should always be a source of entertainment — not stress or problems. Use our tools and guidelines to keep your gaming safe and enjoyable.
For 21+ only
m999 follows an age verification process at the time of account registration. We are committed to maintaining our platform as a safe and trusted environment where only responsible adults can participate.
The protection tools at your disposal
m999 provides several effective tools to help you control your own gaming experience.
Deposit Limits
Decide in advance the maximum amount you will deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit take longer to process, so you do not make decisions in the heat of the moment.
Session Time Limit
Set how long you want to play in one sitting. When the time is up, m999 will alert you. This is a simple and effective way to prevent the habit of spending too much time playing.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a break for a few days, temporarily close your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During a time-out, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, activate self-exclusion. This completely locks your account for an extended period, and no bonus offers will be sent during that time.
Gaming History Review
Log in to your account at any time to view your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history. Keep track of your habits and get a clear picture of how you spend your time and money.
24/7 Support
For any matter related to responsible gaming, our support team is available via live chat seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Help is available in both Bengali and English.
Warning signs of problem gaming
m999 wants you to always play with enjoyment. If any of the signs below apply to you, stop and seek help. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of responsibility.
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
- Placing larger bets to try to recover losses
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends
- Taking on debt or spending savings because of gaming
- Neglecting work, studies, or relationships
- Spending more time or money than you planned
- Repeatedly trying to stop gaming but failing
- Seeing gaming as the only way to relieve stress
Practical tips for safe gaming
Set a budget in advance
Before each session, decide the maximum amount you will spend on gaming. If you reach that limit, stop playing immediately.
Think of gaming as entertainment
Online gaming is not a source of income — it is a form of entertainment. Never use money that you cannot afford to lose without affecting your daily life.
Take regular breaks
Instead of playing for long stretches, take breaks in between. Get up and walk around, drink some water, and spend time with family.
Do not bet on impulse
Avoid gaming when you have been drinking, when you are tired, or when you are under stress. Gaming with a fresh and calm mind is far more enjoyable.
Do not try to chase losses
Placing more bets to recover money you have lost is a dangerous habit. End the session instead and start fresh the next day.
Talk to someone you trust
If you feel gaming is taking up too much space in your life, talk openly with a family member or a trusted friend. They are there for you.
Keep the tools active
Keeping m999's deposit limits and session timer active will help keep your gaming experience healthy and enjoyable.
